By adhering to this rigorous standard, our capabilities are enhanced to better meet the requirements of stakeholders and clients, fulfilling our leadership role as a trusted prehospital care provider. This proactive approach ensures the seamless continuation of critical services while maintaining the highest level of quality and care.

- Ensuring no impact on patient outcomes during a major disruption to the business or its environment
- Aligning the Business Continuity Framework with UAE Business Continuity Management System AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000:2021 and international best practice
- Meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of clients, stakeholders and other interested parties
- Reviewing the business continuity management programme to promote continual improvement
- Fully complying with AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000:2021
