National Ambulance Hosts Hong Kong Fire Department to exchange experiences on emergency medical services

Abu Dhabi, 14 December 2023: A delegation from the Hong Kong Fire Services Department recently visited National Ambulance’s Abu Dhabi headquarters to gain insights about emergency medical services in the UAE which align with the highest international standards.
During the visit, the delegation received an overview of National Ambulance's workflow and mechanisms, and toured the Ambulance Communication Center to learn about advanced technologies, systems used in managing emergency calls and dispatching ambulances efficiently.
The discussions encompassed important topics such as EMS services, education and training programs, licensing, international accreditations, ambulance dispatch and the latest EMS technologies.
Both parties reiterated the importance of these visits in fostering cooperation and knowledge exchange, ultimately strengthening the global EMS community.
