Mohammed Ibrahim Al Ameri, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mohammed Ibrahim al-Amiri, Chairman of the Board of DirectorsMohammed Ibrahim Al Ameri completed his undergraduate studies in the state of Missouri in the United States and earned a bachelor's degree in  Administration of Justice and psychology. Al Ameri has worked  at Abu Dhabi Police in several positions, the latest and most recent is Director of Emergency and Public Safety in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. In addition, Mohammed Ibrahim Al Ameri has significant training in Search and Rescue, First Aid, and Leadership.


Ahmed Saleh Al Hajeri

Ahmed AlHajeriAhmed Saleh Mohamed Al Hajeri is the Deputy CEO at National Ambulance. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Nursing and Paramedic Science. He also holds the Executive Masters in Healthcare Administration. 

Ahmed is an active provider of workplace first-aid.

Currently he sits on the Emergency and Public Safety Medical Standards Committee and also on the internal Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG’s) Working group. He also holds the role of Editor and Senior Operations Officer for Education Support and Clinical Education. 

Hamad Ahmed Al Falasi

Hamad Ahmed Al FalasiHamad Ahmed Al Falasi completed his undergraduate studies at Trinity College in Ireland earning a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting awarded by the University of Technology Brisbane, Australia. Mr. Al Falasi is a Captain in the Ministry of Interior and is the Section Head of Budget and Accounts Payable in the Privatization Services Group. He has considerable experience in his professional work including secondments to external audit organisations.

Glenn Keys

Glenn KeysGlenn Keys is the Managing Director of Aspen Medical Pty Ltd in Australia. Glenn's career covers a broad range of businesses, from start-ups to US multinationals. After a distinguished career in the Australian Army, where he covered a wide range of tasks from test flying to managing logistics support for Army aircraft, Glenn was responsible for the establishment of a number of new businesses, either as start-ups or as new business units in global corporations. Glenn's focus on customer service, coupled with detailed project management, has led to the success of a broad range of ventures.

Previous to establishing Aspen Medical, Managing Director Glenn Keys served in the Australian Defence Force for 14 years, and trained in mechanical and aerospace engineering.

Dr. Andrew Walker

Dr Andrew WalkerDr. Andrew Walker is the Chairman of Aspen Medical Pty Ltd and CEO of Matrix Healthcare Pty Ltd both Australian-based companies with national and international experience in the delivery of health care solutions. This delivery ranges from Primary Care services through to complete Surgical Solutions in both First and Third World settings. Over the last 12 years, he has developed and commercialised a range of successful medical and health-related businesses, including the Australian Skin Cancer Clinics and Combined Pathology.
